Provides accurate and skillful dishroom and kitchen cleaning; cleans and sanitizes equipment; responsible for proper operation,
cleanliness, and maintenance of large commercial-ware washing machine; maintains inventory of sanitizers and cleaning products
Provides oversight and training to dishroom staff and other users
Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: food preparation and service; positive guest service
Assists with food/supply inventories and ordering; receives deliveries from vendors
Contributes to the success of UDS as an active member of the UDS Team

| Minimum Job Qualifications |
|
High School graduation and one (1) year related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
|
|
| Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
|
Working knowledge of commercial-ware washing equipment, proper use of detergents, and proper ware washing temperatures
with the ability to learn new equipment
Working knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices and methods
Ability to train and lead users on washing and sanitation practices and procedures
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to provide guest service; ability to establish
and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of individuals
Knowledge of or ability to learn and apply current UDS policies and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and exercising sound judgment
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
Must be able work an irregular work schedule
Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certification within one year of employment
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Montana driver’s license
