Institutional Review Board (IRB) Deadlines for IRB Submittals The IRB Checklist/Application may be submitted to the Office of the Vice President for Research, UH116, at any time. However, if a proposal must be reviewed by the full committee (sensitive content, vulnerable population, complexity, etc.), please consider the deadlines below and their potential impact. Academic year 2007-2008, Summer 2008 If review from the full committee is required, documents must be received by the deadline date(s) below in order to be sent to the IRB members at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting. Principal Investigators will be informed of the results in writing within a week following the IRB meeting.
