Anyone in the academy — who reports up in any way to the Provost — or not a part of athletics or alumni, should use the academic mark exclusively. That is the mark we want everyone to associate with our core academic principles and deliverables. This is the mark to use on business cards, stationery, promo items (swag), web pages, social media posts — anything and everything on which you want to show an association with the University of Montana and its academic functions. Offices like the President’s Office, the University Center, Enrollment Management and Strategic Communication and the Office of Operations and Finance should use the academic mark exclusively.
Note: DO NOT use the m-pulse from the academic mark as a design element. The m-pulse should never be separated from the academic mark, except as a watermark on official letterhead.
