BOOKING PROCESS

To obtain venue availability and pricing please fill out a Request for Proposal or contact UM Conference and Event Services at ces@umontana.edu or call us at 406-243-4119.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Brief description of your event, organization, and title of your Summer Program
  • Event dates (1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices)
  • Meeting room needs
  • AV and catering needs
  • Overnight Housing
  • Other event details

If you are a returning group on campus looking to register for your camp, please fill out our registration form.

Deposits and Payments 

Deposit: 50% of total – due upon signing of the Agreement

Balance of final invoice: due within 30 days of receiving final invoice which will be sent approximately 2 weeks after your event.
