Crane Scheduled For Parts Delivery - 12/29/2025

A crane is scheduled to be delivering parts to Mansfield library Monday, December 29th. The crane will block both lanes of the road that is between Mansfield Library and the parking garage. Personnel will be holding traffic periodically for safety.

SIHI EXPANSION PROJECT @ BIO RESEARCH BUILDING

Construction Update:

  • On Friday 10/31 the General Contractor will construct additional safety fencing in the current contractor parking, service vehicle spaces, along with a few additional parking spaces, in-between Health Sciences and Elrod buildings.
  • On Monday 11/3 a crane will set up inside that safety fence and begin loading steel onto the Bio Research Building.
  • The structural steel placement and assembly will continue until 12/12.
  • Access to the adjacent sidewalks, and entrance into the Health Sciences building will remain accessible.
