2024 Griz Football FAQ

You may have some questions when renewing your Season Tickets for the 2024 season, so below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding your season tickets:

Deadline to Renew:

 April 12th, 2024 @ 4:30pm

Any unpaid season tickets will be dropped at this time.  

Can I adjust my seats online?

No, a box office representative must assist with adjusting tickets on the account. If you would like to downsize/drop tickets, that can be done right away. If you would like to move or add tickets, you will need to put in a request either on your application or contact the box office. We will contact you after the renewal period has concluded to fulfill the request.

Can I downgrade my seats?

Yes, however you will still need to reserve your current season tickets to avoid being dropped as a Season Ticket Holder. Once the renewal period has ended, we will contact you to move your seats and refund you the difference.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else for the season/foreseeable future?

Yes, you can fill out a Season Ticket Transfer Form. Please fill out the form, email it to us at and wait for processing BEFORE purchasing your season tickets. This makes the transferring process more efficient. Single game ticket transfer will be available at the beginning of August.

What is the $17 renewal fee? Is it applied if I purchase at the window?

This is a fee charged for processing season applications. It is applied online, over the phone, or in person, regardless of payment method.

Who do I contact for Suites or the Stadium Club?

How do I get a parking pass?

Please visit for all football related parking inquiries. Football season parking passes are currently sold out.

Can I print my tickets? How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be available for download at the beginning of August. Any season tickets printed at the Box Office will be assessed a printing fee.

What are Seat Cushions? Can I add seat cushions now? I don’t want my seat cushions; can I get them taken off?

The permanent Seat Cushions that are installed by the Boy Scouts stay for all games until the end of the season, and stay on through playoff games as well. If you would like to drop or add seat cushions, please contact the Box Office. If you have any additional inquiries or concerns, please contact IMG at 866-910-9291.

What is the GSA? Is the GSA required?

The GSA is the Grizzly Scholarship Association – you can learn more about them at There are many benefits to becoming a GSA Member, and you can learn more about your benefits by visiting their website. The GSA Membership is required in any Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper, or Maroon sections, as well as all sections in the Grizzly Den. The GSA required membership is no longer tax deductible.
