The mission of the Management Information Systems Department is to provide service courses in MIS, quantitative analysis, operations management, and business law, and to equip MIS graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to:

1. Apply information systems and technology in an organization
2. Work effectively as an individual, a team member, and a leader
3. Communicate clearly and effectively within the MIS team and the organization.
