Advertise on UDASH Buses

Any university department, student group, or community-based non-profit entity is welcome to advertise on UDASH buses. 

In order to standardize advertising on the buses, we will now be handling all material printing. All ads will be printed on thick plastic advertising posterboards. If you want to avoid printing costs in the future, consider keeping the same design for your poster with general information. You can update year-to-year details from a QR code or by placing a sticker over your old dates/information.

Rates - Fall & Spring Semesters

Cost Per Month $100 + Material Costs not permitted
Cost Per Season (3-Month) $200 + Material Costs not permitted

Rates - Summer Semester

Cost Per Month $75 + Material Costs not permitted
Cost Per Season (3-Month) $150 + Material Costs not permitted

Specifications for File Sizes

  • Regular Bus Size (6 buses): 11" height, and no greater than 17" length
  • Fast-Charger Buses (2 buses): 15" height, and no greater than 23" length

Additional Information

  • The ASUM Office of Transportation must approve all advertisements for the UDASH buses.
  • Payment is accepted by cash, check, credit card, or university index code.
  • Please make sure your text is large enough to read.
