HOW TO JOIN THE UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA'S
VENDOR SHOWCASE

The University of Montana's electronic procurement system, GrizMart, is an effective marketing platform for GrizMart participating vendors to promote their products and services across campus. Enabling our faculty and staff to quickly and easily access vendor product and promotional related information is a critical success factor for vendors and significantly enhances the potential for new business development.

In response to vendors that have committed their support to the University of Montana by participating in GrizMart, the Business Services-Procurement Office is pleased to offer an opportunity to participate in an internal marketing web-based initiative to promote corporate news, products and services, and University of Montana specific promotions to all GrizMart eProcurement system users as well as all University of Montana faculty and staff who have a need for your products and services.

Each vendor who participates in this initiative will have their vendor logo displayed within the Vendor Showcase portion of our SciQuest hosted e-procurement solution. The vendor showcase is located on the top portion of the GrizMart landing page for all GrizMart users. In addition to this prime real estate location, Vendors will also have one dedicated webpage within the GrizMart Customer Service Portal to which vendors can promote their products and services to campus. 

The University of Montana Vendor Showcase is a significant competitive advantage for those vendors that choose to participate in this innovative marketing initiative.
