An important part of each cascade page is found all the way at the bottom of every edited page - the submit button. The submit button can be hidden from view when editing at the top of the page.
Cascade will autosave drafts periodically so that you won't lose work if something unexpected happens. If you need to get rid of a draft, you can click on "Discard Draft" to permanently get rid of the changes you made.
