Ready for your strongest, healthiest, and most confident ski season? This progressive class will focus on lower body strength, power, agility, balance, and core stability to ensure a succcessful and injury free time on the slopes!

⛷ Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7-7:45am (FULL) OR 8:30-9:15am

⛷ Limited to 10 people
