UM students, staff, and faculty can now enjoy free professional headshots on campus with Iris Air Photo Booth!  Whether you manage a student program that would benefit from headshots, teach a class related to student career or professional development, or you need a headshot for your own personal brand, feel free to use the Iris. 

How can You Access the Iris?

Individual Basis

You can access the Iris Mon-Fri., 9am-4:30pm in Aber Hall, Room 226.  No reservation needed!  However, sometimes Iris will be at other locations on campus or will be reserved for a class/event.  Feel free to check the Iris Photo Booth Reservation Calendar to make sure it’s available at your desired time.  If you’d like to share this resource with your students to use on a self-serve basis, please direct them to the student-facing Iris webpage.

Reserve a Time for a Class or Other Student/Staff Activity

If you’d like to bring a group of students/staff/faculty to Aber Hall to use the Iris at a designated date and time, please reserve it on the Iris Photo Booth Reservation Calendar. 

Host Iris in your Space

If you’d like to host the Iris in your campus location (either for an event or for a multiple day period), please contact Stacy Ulery (stacy.ulery@umontana.edu, 406-243-4614) or Karey Sabol (karey.sabol@umontana.edu) to inquire about availability.  To secure the reservation, this signed Memorandum of Understanding is required.
