The Mansfield Center regularly hosts student interns who provide support for the Mansfield Center's mission and programs while building up their own portfolios of international and academic experience.
Web Development Internship
A part-time paid intern is needed to help with regular updates to website content, website management in the Cascade CMS server, and design using both graphical tools and CSS. The intern will also assist with social media management, email campaigns, databases, registration form set up, and other technical projects. Ideally, a candidate would be available to begin training during Fall 2021 and continue to work part-time throughout the academic year. The position will involve working 10-15 hours per week. While the work may be performed remotely, it may also be to the intern’s benefit to arrange to work a minimal number of hours from the Center’s office in the Mansfield Library in order to better understand the staff and programs. Internship credits can be arranged, and students eligible for work-study are highly encouraged to apply via Handshake.
The Mansfield Center offers student-designed internships at the lower and upper division levels on an individual and case-by-case basis. These internships may provide support to Mansfield Center programs or staff members' research that is relevant to a student's area of study. If you are interested in working with Mansfield Center staff to create such an internship, contact the relevant staff member or the Mansfield Center at email@example.com.
