QA/QC Career Accelerator module
The CareerReady - QA/QC Career Accelerator module is designed to train participants in essential biotechnology quality control practices, beginning with proper gowning procedures relevant to Quality Control labs. The program will cover the full raw material lifecycle, including inspection, compendial testing, release, and material transfer procedures. Students will also gain experience in product testing, method transfer, and conducting out-of-specification (OOS) investigations and root cause analysis. Hands-on skills such as pipetting and weighing will be emphasized for accurate sample preparation. Training will reinforce the principles of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and include instruction in report writing and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
