Overview

This Graduate Certificate Program will be offered in partnership with the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Extended Studies. It is offered to chemistry, biology, microbiology, biochemistry or pharmacy graduates that are interested in a career in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control in the biotechnology industry.

The curriculum includes:

  • an asynchronous online instructional module via UCSD Extended Studies. 
  • an in-person practical (CareerReady - QA/QC Career Accelerator) module via the University of Montana (UM), in Missoula, Montana. 

Students can choose to take:

  • only the online module and earn a USCD Graduate Certificate
  • only the onsite module and earn a UM Certificate of Completion
  • or can complete both tsmodule and earn two certificates: a USCD Graduate Certificate and a UM Certificate of Completion
