If you’re in the process of figuring out what career or field of study to pursue, you’re in the majority, and we’re here to help!  We encourage all incoming students to take the Strong Interest Inventory then review your results with a career coach/advisor in an individual appointment or a group workshop (search: Strong) - you don’t even need to wait until you arrive on campus! Start out on the right foot with a greater sense of career awareness, concrete options to pursue, and the strategies and support to do so effectively.  

We know students are busy and need access to career information and guidance from anywhere and on your own time. Take advantage of ElevateU Online to build your career 24/7 through self-paced online activities and live coaching sessions with professionals and industry-specific experts. Explore 22 interactive learning journeys – there's something for everyone, no matter where you are on your path.  

Whatever your career needs, the advisors at Experiential Learning and Career Success (ELCS) will help you navigate your career exploration process, search for internships and jobs, prepare for interviews, and craft stand-out résumés, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles so you have the career competency and self-confidence needed to reach your professional goals.
