Curry Health Center Counseling
CHC on campus offers affordable individual and group counseling services. Your initial consultation is at no cost and subsequent individual sessions are $20 (up to 12 sessions in an academic year). There is no cost to Group Therapy and if you have the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP), this insurance covers the $20 fee. Call 406-243-4712 to connect directly with the scheduling front desk. You may also schedule an Initial Counseling Appointment online through the Student Health Portal.

SARC offers free and confidential services for students experiencing relationship violence, sexual assault, bullying, intimidation, and/or discrimination. These services include academic and medical advocacy, academic and criminal reporting, brief individual counseling (up to 8 sessions), and support groups, in addition to other services. You have the option to be anonymous in all interactions with SARC.

UM Clinical Psychology Center
The CPC is composed of doctoral students from the department of psychology supervised by
senior clinicians. They offer assessment, consultation, intervention, and psychotherapy services.

Curry Health Center (CHC) Medical
Curry Health Center Medical provides quality, affordable care for students to succeed in school. They offer same-day or scheduled appointments. Curry offers annual exams, general physicals, STI/STD testing and treatment, orthopedic injuries, skin and mole checks, minor surgery, and travel medicine. Office visits are $20, with separate billing for labs and x-rays. Convenient on-campus location.

Monday - Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm).

Campus Rec
Campus Recreation enriches the academic experiences of University of Montana students and provides all members with exceptional health, fitness, and recreational opportunities. In addition to the helpful staff and state-of-the-art facilities, Campus Recreation offers services, events, and innovative programs. Program areas include aquatics, fitness programs, golf, intramural sports, outdoor programs, and youth camps. Extending positive, lasting impacts to the broader community, Campus Recreation also co-hosts collaborative events and provides public access to the Grizzly Pool, University of Montana Golf Course, and Youth Camps.

CHC Wellness Center
Curry Health Center Wellness helps students develop healthy lifestyle behaviors to enhance student success and well-being. Their programs address a variety of topics that impact students’ health and well-being including stress management, safe partying, healthy sexuality, tobacco cessation, safer sex, exercise, and eating habits. Services for students are free of charge.

Services:
• Condom Corner Wall- Free safe sex supplies, stop by the wellness office lobby or fill out a request form for pick up on the CHC Wellness website.
• Emergency Period Essentials- Free pads, pad liners, and tampons for pick up.
• Relaxation Station- a 15-45 minute relaxation room. It can be set up for Meditation, Breathing techniques, Stretching, Yoga, Relaxing music, "Happy Light" (sun lamp), Healthy tantrum room, Aromatherapy, Coloring sheets, or Digital detox.
• Nicotine Quit & Stress Busting Kits.
• Health Coaching
• Wellness Consultations

Nutritional Counseling
Campus Dining offers nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian, Laura Granlund. Counseling is free for all students on residential meal plans and focuses on topics including allergies, eating disorders, food intolerance, medical restrictions, religious guidelines, and wellness.
