Exchanges

International dialogue and the exchange of cultures, experiences, ideas and solutions is vital to the Mansfield Center's mission to develop globally-minded leaders of integrity. We work to provide a wide array of opportunities, including programs for youth, community members, professionals, and educators.

U.S. Department of State Exchanges

Each year, we partner with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State to host international exchange programs that draw on local expertise against the backdrop of the beautiful Montana landscape. Montana participants travel abroad on two-way exchanges.

In addition to the participants themselves, graduate teaching assistants, student leaders, homestay host families, and professional fellowship hosts are involved in these programs.
