Inside the book you will find an introduction to many of the resources offered by Curry Health Center. At the Curry Health Center, the staff believe whole-person healthcare is a self-directed and evolving process that looks different for each one of us. Virtual Mindfulness Meditations

Sign up for Virtual Mindfulness Meditations and receive a Zoom link for weekly meditations on Tuesdays. Feel free to attend any or all of them.

Make a FREE virtual or phone appointment. You will receive an email with the stress busting kit documents or you can download them here.
