Stress Less
Stress Less is a 2 day event that takes place right before finals of both Fall and Spring semesters to help students clear their minds before a stressful week.
There is free food, prizes, activities, therapy dogs and more.

Our popular Stress Less is back and we are happy to expand and support faculty, staff, and students. Join us to enjoy some time to relax and reset.

Stress Less in the UC Atrium: Join us for Share Kindness Day complete with bite-size snacks, art activities, chair massage, and dogs!

Sound Mediation and Guided Relaxation: Join sound therapist Lydia Czech and counselor Jen Racicot for a collaborative event featuring Himalayan singing bowls, and a guided mindful meditation.

Wellbeing Wednesdays
Wellbeing Wednesdays are designed to help students, staff and faculty take a moment of mindfulness and relaxation through various activities throughout campus on various Wednesdays throughout the academic year. Activities include yoga, massage therapy, sound meditation and more.
