IRSE is dedicated to undergraduate STEM education through recruitment of students into STEM disciplines and (once enrolled) providing retention efforts to ensure the students are equipped with academic skills and a support system necessary for their completion of STEM degrees.

Among the the programs administered by IRSE include the Alliance for Minority Participation Program (AMP) and the Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program.  More services will be added at a later date.
