IRSE assists Native American and Alaska Native Graduate student in obtaining their graduate degrees in STEM disciplines.  This is accomplished through graduate student funding, professional development, and community building.  Funding partners include the Montana Institute on Ecosystems, the Sloan Foundation, MT EPSCoR, and the National Science Foundation.
