The UM Chamber Chorale is a select choir whose members are chosen by audition at the beginning of each school year. Singers in the choir include music majors as well as students from colleges across the campus. The Chamber Chorale presents repertoire from a variety of genres, historical periods and cultures and continually reaches the highest level of artistic excellence in their performances both on- an off-campus. Recently, the choir has been honored with invitations to perform at the NAfME NW Conference (2015) and the NW ACDA Conference (2016). As the premiere choral ensemble, the Chamber Chorale regularly tours across the state and region. Over the past four years, other performances have included collaborations with the UM Symphony Orchestra, the UM Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Dolce Canto (Missoula), The Manhattan Chorale as well as a host of choir from peer institutions across the Northwest.
