No bank account, which in any way purports to be or appears to be associated with the University, can be established or maintained, without prior approval of the Vice President for Administration and Finance. Without this approval, no University of Montana employee, student, club, or organization may use the name of the University or the University tax identification number in opening a bank account. All University revenue is to be deposited into an official University bank account through the University Business Services office.
