The University of Montana–Missoula is committed to helping employees
balance their work and family responsibilities. To support their efforts,
administrators and supervisors are encourgaged to consider employee-initiated
alternate work schedules, assignments, or other special arrangements consistent
with parameters set in applicable collective bargaining agreements. Alternatives
may include, but are not limited to, job sharing, telecommuting, alternate
work schedules, telephone access, family business leave, work site child
care and reduced work hours.
