Personal Summary
I firmly believe in building a therapeutic relationship that will benefit you within and outside of our sessions in your personal life. I also believe that each human is the sum of their own experiences, and I look forward to creating a space for you to share your life experiences with me. You are the expert in your life, and counseling can take many forms. I have a background in grief communication and LGTBQ+-affirming care. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental place for you to bring anything that feels important. My goal is to empower you and to help you cultivate well-being in the present and future.
