STAIR: Emotional Regulation Skills Group
Build practical tools for stress, emotions, and relationships.
This skills-based group helps students learn healthy ways to manage strong emotions, improve communication, and build resilience. STAIR focuses on practical coping strategies you can use in everyday life.
You’ll learn how to:
- Manage stress and overwhelming emotions
- Improve communication and relationships
- Build confidence and resilience
- Develop practical coping tools

Grief and Loss Support Group
You do not have to navigate grief alone.
This supportive group is designed for students coping with the death of a loved one while balancing the demands of college life. Connect with peers, explore healthy coping strategies, and receive support in a compassionate environment.

Mindfulness-Based Skills Group
Learn mindfulness tools for stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges.
This experiential group introduces mindfulness practices that can help students feel more grounded, focused, and emotionally balanced. No prior mindfulness experience is necessary.
