Personal Summary

Going to college is often an experience that can lend itself to new beginnings, self-discovery, and creating your own path. Counseling during this pivotal time may be a space for reflection, growth, and healing. I believe in meeting people where they’re at on this journey, so they can make the most out of their life experience and feel grounded in who they are. What brought me to counseling was a passion for helping people work through what holds them back so that they can live a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to them. I use a trauma-informed approach and have a background working with self-worth, developmental trauma, spirituality, intimate relationships, and eating disorders.

In my free time I love to read, do yoga, hike, make ceramics, and get coffee with friends.
