The University of Montana Human Performance Laboratory offers individual health, fitness, and performance tests to the community, UM students, faculty, and staff. Whether you’re an elite athlete, casual runner, or merely thinking about adding exercise to your lifestyle, we have the appropriate test for you. Knowledge is power and with your test results, we’ll help get you started on the path to greatness and take your training to the next level.

VO2MAX and Blood Lactate Threshold

  • $100 Community/$80 Student VO2 With Ventalatory Threshold
  • $150 Community/ $130 Student VO2 With Ventalatory Threshold and Blood Lactate

Resting Metabolic Rate

  • $60 Community/ $45 Student

Underwater Weighing (Body Composition)
