In recognition of the absolutely fundamental role all of our employees play in making this institution successful, one of our priorities for action is “Mission First, People Always.” To better understand the experiences of our employees and their needs, we have developed this Employee Experience Survey, which we intend to administer each year, allowing us to track our progress toward our goals in this area.
