Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation

Epidemic of College Smoking

Health Enhancement provides services to students who are interested in quitting smoking or chewing, educates students about issues such as social smoking and smokeless tobacco, and advocates for a tobacco-free campus environment.

Our tobacco use prevention program is a comprehensive mix of education, advocacy, and cessation support.

Want to Quit?

Cessation support consists of providing free quit smoking kits and quit spit kits, promoting the use of the Montana Quit Line, and providing information about all options available for quitting. Quit kits are free for UM students and available at one of our many campus events or by picking one up in our office.
For more information about our quit kits, please contact us at 243-2809, healthed@mso.umt.edu or come by our office located in the East end of Curry Health Center.
