    Our Neurologial and Mobility Impairments Clinic provides rehabilitation services for adults of all ages for a variety of conditions including stroke, TBI, MS, Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy, balance disorders, degenerative arthritis, osteoporosis, as well as many others.

    The Sports and Orthopedics Clinic offers a variety of services to our community including post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoarthritis care and total joint replacement rehabilitation, manual manipulation, pelvic floor dysfunction therapy, instrumented assisted soft tissue mobilization, and incontinence.

    New Directions Wellness Center


    The New Directions Wellness Center is a non-profit health promotion program for people with chronic illness or disability. We provide supervised exercise programs design to improve clients' needs and overall quality of life.
