Promoting, protecting & CONNECTING breastfeeding resources across Montana - The MT NAPA Program facilitates statewide breastfeeding initiatives including the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative, and is newly partnered with the MT CONNECT program to strengthen perinatal referrals across Montana.
Montana State Breastfeeding Coalition
The Montana State Breastfeeding Coalition was started in 2006 and operates under the umbrella of Eat Right Montana/Action for Healthy Kids Organization. The goals of the MSBC include supporting, promoting, and protecting breastfeeding for a healthier Montana.
Each year the MSBC offers educational breastfeeding scholarships, coalition building grants, lactation trainings, and more.

Healthy Babies, Happy Moms Inc. is a licensed and nationally accredited home health nursing agency and durable medical equipment provider that has been in business for over 20 years. As the provider of breast pumps and maternal support products for the Montana Medicaid population, we provide women with a convenient ordering process that ensures easy access to their covered benefits. The mission of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) is to improve and protect the health, well-being, and self-reliance of all Montanans. DPHHS, Health Resources Division, is dedicated to women’s health and ensures that Montana Medicaid members receive a comprehensive set of preventative services, without having to pay a copayment. Montana Medicaid currently provides double electric breast pumps and associated supplies to eligible Montana Medicaid breastfeeding mothers. To order a breast pump from Healthy Babies, Happy Moms (HBHM), please go to Montanamedicaidbreastpumps.com to submit an order along with a prescription from the ordering physician. Once HBHM receives the requested order and the prescription the pump will be shipped out. Breast pumps are delivered within 5 business days from receipt of both the requested order and the prescription.
