WICHE
The UM Communication Studies Department is a regional program recognized by the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE).
This means that students from Alaska, Arizona, California,Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming who enroll in our MA program will only pay the in-state tuition rate. (Note: Students who are offered a Teaching Assistantship do not pay tuition.)
