The Communication Studies Department is a regional program identified by the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE). This means that students from Alaska, Arizona, California,Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming who enroll in our MA program and do not have a tuition waiver (as part of a TA) will only pay the in-state tuition rate.
