WelcomeFeast is an annual traditional event culminating Griz Welcome. All events are open and free of charge to the campus community to attend.
As of now, all tables have been spoken for. That does not mean you can't still participate in the event. If you are a student club that's still interested in tabling for WelcomeFeast, you are more than welcome to bring your own table and participate.
Your group will still need to fill out the form and register for a space on the Oval. On the morning of September 4th, you will be assigned a location by Constance Darlington at the information booth near the main hall.
Schedule of Events:
- 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Information Tables, Activities and Music
- 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Free Lunch provided by Campus Dining
Requesting a Table
Table assignments will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may only request one table as space is very limited. Due to the special programming this year, we are not accepting location requests. However, we will assign locations based on past history and logic as best we can. We will provide one table and two chairs. We will not be providing tablecloths. You are may bring umbrellas and canopies for shade. This event will be held outdoors regardless of the weather.
For external partners or public groups, please call Conference & Event Services to reserve a table at 406.243.4119. Non-affiliated groups can reserve a table for a small fee. We have set aside a limited number of tables and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
