Haley Bradley is Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer at TrailWest Bank. Since joining the bank in 2011, she has served in a variety of roles and currently oversees the bank's retail banking operations and customer experience initiatives. Haley is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and completed the Executive Leadership Program through the University of Washington Foster School of Business Executive Education in 2019. With more than a decade of experience at TrailWest, Haley is dedicated to strengthening relationships with customers, supporting employee development, and helping local communities thrive. When she's not working, Haley enjoys spending time with her daughter, whose busy schedule of sports and activities keeps life fun and active.
