Phenom ProX - SEM/EDS
The Thermo Scientific Phenom ProX scanning electron microscope (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray diffraction (EDS) and secondary electron detector (SED) is a desktop SEM for high resolution imaging and elemental analysis of samples.
