Recruitment will start in summer 2024, with travel planned for December 2024 -January 2025. Ten U.S. and ten Indian participants will be selected through a competitive process. U.S. participants are limited to those who identify as Native American. Read below for more application information.

Required
- Undergraduate-level student
- Field of study in related subject (natural, physical or social sciences)
- Identifies as Native American
- Valid U.S. passport by November 1st, 2024.

Materials
- In one page or less, please write about your academic interests, why you are interested in this program, and how you might use what you learn in the future.
- Recommendation letter. This letter should address your adaptability to different situations and include commentary on characteristics you have that are needed for a trip through India. Please send recommendation letters to laurelann.curry@umconnect.umt.edu.
- Through Microsoft Forms: demographic info including name, school, program of study, email, address, passport Y/N, etc.
