Charlotte Moss, PhD
Graduated in 2025
Dissertation: "When Does Might Make Right? The Role of Race/Ethnicity and Implicit Bias on Teacher Reactions to Peer Aggression”
Dr. Moss is currently finishing a Postdoctoral Fellowship at a non-profit outpatient clinic called University Health Lakewood Counseling in Kansas City, MO. She has a provisional license and will soon be fully licensed. She plans to stay at her current site as a full-time Child/Adolescent Psychologist once she is fully licensed.

Emily Hattouni, PhD
Graduated in 2022
Dissertation: “Training and Utility of Mindfulness Among School Psychologists”
Dr. Hattouni currently works for the Capital Region ESD 113 near Olympia, Washington and serves as a co-lead for the school psychology team. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and plans to take the clinical psychologist licensing exam in 2026. She continues to practice mindfulness and is working on her teacher certification for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Olivia Holter, PhD
Graduated in 2020
Dissertation: “School-based racial micro aggressions and symptoms of depression among Native American Young Adults”
Dr. Holter is an Assistant Professor (Clinical) at the University of Utah’s School of Medicine within the Department of Pediatrics. In this role, she has privileges within the University of Utah’s medical system and Primary Children’s Hospital. She provides services across the Developmental Assessment Clinics, the West High School Clinic, and the University-Linked Child Health Initiative for Learning and Development (U-CHILD) Collaborative, which she leads as the Principal Investigator. Her work aims to increase access to equitable behavioral health services for all children and families.
