Research and Creative Scholarship

Accelerate Discovery and Deliver Impact

The Office of Research and Creative Scholarship (ORCS) supports research and creative scholarship at the University of Montana from idea to impact. Through research development, proposal support, award management, compliance, and specialized affiliate services, ORCS helps faculty, staff, and students navigate every stage of the research lifecycle.

Together, ORCS and its affiliate offices provide the expertise, resources, and partnerships needed to secure funding, advance discovery, manage sponsored projects, and maximize the impact of research and creative work across the University.
