Thanks for your interest in employment opportunities at the UM Bird Ecology Lab. Each year, we hire seasonal field technicians for both summer and fall work. In the breeding season, field work may involve point counts, nest-searching/monitoring, territory mapping, and/or songbird banding. In the fall, we hire experienced songbird banders to work on our fall migration monitoring project.
