What inspired you to work in the field of wellness?
From a young age, I was naturally drawn to health and wellness. Helping others is an integral part of who I am, and being able to support people on their wellness journeys is a privilege that I deeply value.
How do you integrate wellness into your own life?
In addition to my role as Wellbeing Director, I'm also a mother of two young girls, which makes my wellness a top priority. I make sure to incorporate movement into my daily routine and focus on eating nutritious food, staying hydrated, and spending quality time with my family and my pup Knicks.
