Spring 2026 Final exam scheduling deadline

📌 Student Information

Final Exam Scheduling Deadline: Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5 p.m.

Students planning to take final exams at the ODE Testing Center or the Missoula College Learning Center must submit an online test booking by this deadline.

Important reminders: 

• If you have not submitted a Spring 2026 semester request, you must do so by April 27, 2026.
• A completed semester request is required before you can book exams online through the ODE portal.
• You do not need to schedule exams with ODE if: the exam is online, and you do not need a proctor.
• Please cancel any exam bookings you no longer need through the ODE portal.
• When scheduling:
   - Select the correct campus to avoid delays on exam day.
   - Choose “Final Exam” under Optional Filters.
• If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact the ODE Testing Center as soon as possible.

Final exam start times

The ODE Testing Center and Missoula College Learning Center administer finals on a different schedule:

• Exams begin on the hour, not 10 minutes after.
• Example: An exam listed as 10:10 a.m.–12:10 p.m. will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the ODE Testing Center.

📌 Faculty Information

Faculty deadline to approve requests & upload Exam Information: Friday, May 1, 2026, at 5 p.m. 

From the ODE faculty portal, faculty can review student accommodation requests and upload final exam details. Completing these steps early helps ensure exams are scheduled on time.

Faculty actions

• Approve Student Requests: Click “Review” next to the student’s name.

• Upload Exam Information:  Click “Add Exam” below the student’s request.
