Pantzer Hall
Constructed in 1995, Pantzer Hall is named for Robert Pantzer, UM's president from 1966 to 1973.
Three floors in Pantzer Hall are reserved for upper-class students only who have achieved more than 30 semester credits at the time of move-in. Students must also be in good academic standing at the time of application.
During the academic year, custodial service is generally provided for the private bathroom areas within the suites every other week, but residents are expected to maintain general cleanliness of their areas. Included in each room is high-speed internet ports, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
