Start the morning with a discussion of criminal procedure and constitutional rights. Hear from an Issue 88.1 author about their scholarship, followed by practitioner perspectives.
Noon | Local Law Enforcement Panel
Hear directly from local law enforcement about how Miranda rights are applied and enforced in practice.
1:15 p.m. | Catered Lunch
Lunch will be catered, and all attendees are invited to join.
2:30 p.m. | Keynote Address
The symposium concludes with the 2026 keynote address by Christian Corrigan.
