A University of Montana student uses a tool that measures the water content of soil during a Natural Resource Management course where the classroom is Lubrecht Experimental Forest.

Boxcars

Each can sleep six people with two twin beds and two twin bunkbeds. Numbered 8-14. All boxcars have electricity and a woodstove for heat. Firewood, kindling, and matches provided.

*All cabin and boxcar beds are bare. Bringing your own sleeping bags and pillows is strongly encouraged. Linens can be rented from Lubrecht for $20/set. Guests are responsible for making their own beds.

*Pets are allowed in the cabins and boxcars.
