By connecting students with real-world innovation and career pathways, BIOTECH aims to spark curiosity, expand opportunities, and empower future leaders in science and healthcare.

Sentinel High School Visit - May 2026

Students from the Healthcare Occupations program at Sentinel High School visited BIOTECH for an interactive introduction to biotechnology and healthcare innovation. During their visit, students explored pH indicators through hands-on learning, toured one of the lecture spaces within the Skaggs School of Pharmacy, learned about advanced technologies in the Prototyping and Characterization Core Facility (PROTECH), and interacted with silk fibroin, a natural biomaterial used in cutting-edge biomedical research.
