The Employee Experience Survey is Live!

Administered every other year, this survey provides an important snapshot of our employee experience. It helps UM leaders understand what is working well, identify areas that may need attention or action, and track trends in our campus culture over time. The insights you share inform planning and campus initiatives that shape how we work, grow, and support one another.
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and responses are anonymous and reported only in aggregate form.
