Employee Experience Survey Update

Administered every other year, this survey provides an important snapshot of our employee experience. It helps UM leaders understand what is working well, identify areas that may need attention or action, and track trends in our campus culture over time. The insights you share inform planning and campus initiatives that shape how we work, grow, and support one another.

The survey opened March 9 and closed April 3, 2026. Responses are currently being reviewed and analyzed by the UM Data Office. Summaries will be shared with campus when they are available.
