FREE Continuing Education Courses are available for IPPE and APPE preceptors. Examples include:
- Pettinato Lecture (Autumn Semester) - 1 hour CE credit
- Recent Drug Developments and Law Update (Spring Semester) - 4 hours CE credit + 1 hour Law credit
The Collaborative Education Institute (CEI) Preceptor Education is available in CORE ELMS (under the External Resources tab). Many CE courses are available at NO COST, including our required FERPA and Preceptor Orientation modules.
Preceptors who have regularly scheduled APPE or IPPE students each year are eligible to become a Clinical Faculty Affiliate of the University of Montana through an application process and submission of a CV or resume.
